Bricks injection molding
Raw material pour into injection machine, bricks particles are formed after cooling by hot melt process. QC on the site check the brick integrity, remove missing mold bricks.
bricks automatic packaging
According to the BOM list, bricks particles through automatic packaging machine to get the bricks bags. QC on site checking the bricks quantity same with BOM list
product packaging
Packaging workshop set up assembly line packaging, according to the packaging instructions, each worker put 1-2 bricks bags into color box finish full product packaging.
